Oddly enough, the problem with the App history tab is that it only tracks Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps, you can't view network usage for desktop applications, such as Chrome, the desktop version of Office apps, and others. You'll also see the "Metered network" column, but this information is irrelevant unless you configure your Wi-Fi connection as metered. The data that is more usable to you is the Network column which tracks the data usage for your apps. You can also click the Delete usage history link to reset the data usage counter, but remember that it'll also reset automatically every 30 days.

How to calculate network data usage with NetBalancer If you have multiple systems and want to calculate bandwidth for each machine, then you need to install the tool separately on every machine. NetBalancer is a tool that calculates the bandwidth or network data usage of your system and helps you in balancing your network data usage. As I have installed the tool now, and it is showing me data usage of my apps from now.A pop-up window will appear that shows you the detailed information about the selected app. Now if you want to see how much data in bytes this app is sending and receiving, just right-click on the app and go to its Properties.
And it is showing me the applications most recent one which I am using on the internet.
